Newmarket Bulletin Race Cards for meetings in Britain and Ireland will usually be available by 6.30pm on the evening prior to the next days racing. All additional data is a matter of opinion and interpretation and is not, necessarily, a matter of fact. In the event that, for any reason, any days racecards fail to meet this deadline, the NewmarketBulletin will accept no liability arising as a result of the late publication.
With over 3000 horses in training in Newmarket and with homework information being subject to the utmost secrecy on occasions, every possible effort is made to ensure all horses are identified accurately. However, there may be occasions where one horse may be mistaken for another and, in this event, Newmarket Bulletin will not be held accountable or liable for any errors and/or omissions and any subsequent losses as a result of these reports. All reports are compiled through a network of contacts with years of experience in this domain and the while the accuracy and detail of these reports can be extremely profitable, losses can result and stakes should be based on these terms and conditions.
"The Judges Verdict", one of the main features of the Newmarket Bulletin is the ranking arrived at when taking into account all available data regarding each horse in the race and their specific ability to act over the distance of the race in question and the ground jupon which they are expected to run. With the state of the going being one of the main factors in the performance of the racehorse, The Judge takes great care in anticipating, the day before, the most likely ground conditions, taking into account official going descriptions and weather reports from, among others, the Met Office. This anticipated going will form the basis for the concluding of the Judge’s Verdict. However, the weather can be unpredictable and, in the event the forecast does not materialise and ground conditions differ from those indicated on the racecard, the conclusions will be affected and will, undoubtedly impact on the end verdict. Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of racing, it is impossible for The Judge to reassess as this would impact on the punctuality of the following days racing.
